First Friday Shut in Visits
The first Friday of every month, Father Anthony visits the sick and shut ins of our
parish. He is able to hear their confessions and he brings communion to them. He
also stays for a short visit. Father has his list of shut ins and he calls ahead before
he visits. If you know of any new shut ins, call Father or the parish office.

RCIA
RCIA snacks are needed for our Wednesday evening classes. If you can help by
donating a snack or dessert, please call Joyce Commons @ 269 793-7384 to get on
her schedule.

Classes start October 13, 2011. Learn about the Sacraments, Life of Christ, The
Eucharistic Liturgy, Church History and more. For information, call Rusty at

Men's Conference 2012
Mark your calendar for April 21, 2012! The Men's Conference will be held at St.
Mary Church in Kalamazoo, MI USA. Our special guest is Patrick Madrid. Author,

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
God's Love Soars! Vacation Bible School will be offered this summer from July
23-27 from 6-9 pm for ages 4 through 4th grade. Older students needed to be

SS CEMETERY CLEANUP
We are beginning our cemetery spring cleanup. Please remove all loose items from
the grave sites by May 1st. After May 1st all remaining loose items will be
discarded.

Confirmation Class Retreat - March 3-4, 2012
The St. Stan's Confirmation class had their retreat March 3rd & 4th. Many thanks

Will begin on Sunday, February 19. The target collections for each week are

March 4 - Pasta & Box Mixes
March 11 - Baby Items
March 18- Cleaning Products
March 25 - Oral Care Products
April 1 - Personal Hygiene Products
April 8 - Any non-perishable items
April 15 - Easter Sunday
April 22 - Presentation of Items for Blessing

SH MAJOR CALENDAR UPDATES
Some of the major changes:
*Mother-Daughter Banguet has been cancelled for this spring...we have just
plain run out of weekends!

*Altar Society will have donuts for April 29, Madison's first communion.

*Gifts for Grads on May 20 (no cake/reception following mass)

*No Food Fast/Soup Luncheon/Saturday mass the first weekend of May
