The educators, parents, and staff of St. Stanislaus School strive to help each child develop God given talents to the best of his or her ability. By providing various learning experiences, we endeavor to reach the whole child spiritually, intellectually, physically, and socially. Thus, each child will have the greatest opportunity to become a unique, contributing, member of the community.
St. Stanislaus was founded in 1886 b the Felician Sisters of Detroit two years before the current church was built. The Felician Sisters were the teachers and administrators of the school until 1988 when the last sister left. The current building was constructed in 1949 and the additional classrooms to the north were added in 1986.
